Apart from the large quantity on that plate, the quality doesn't look good, especially the sausages. I would rather have a smaller helping, of local farm produce. I could eat it right now, but going for a Harvester meal tonight so 'saving' myself. I have already printed off the menu and made my selection - chicken breast, 321 calories, plus fries, salad etc!
I think it's gross too, not the food, but the gluttony. I had a bacon butty for breakfast which consisted of two slices of bread, unbuttered, three thin rashers of bacon, half a tomato, sliced and fried, and some 'sweated' and chopped spinach. I've no idea how many calories that would add up to but it's about as much as I ever eat at once.
For me it would be (rare occasion) 2 bacon 1 egg few mushrooms i fried banana
There are a couple of things on that plate that I can't identify, same thing as River and what's between the dishes of beans and tomatoes? Is it a pancake?
Looks good, Ninathenana, but I'll have some black pudding instead of the egg, and fried fresh tomatoes. Hardly ever have cooked breakfast at home, but the Full English is a must on holidays in England.
Just looking at that breakfast made me feel a bit sick. I very rarely eat any breakfast although I do sometimes have a small bowl of cereal or a slice of toast on a Saturday and Sunday. If I ate a cooked breakfast I would need to have a lie down.
