Painting by numbers

I have been doing paint by numbers for a while now and have been really pleased with the results. I’ve bought them all on Amazon. However I nade the mistake of buying a really cheap one and it’s impossible to do as numbers are unreadable and the colours are all wrong.
I have now finished so many that I don’t know what to do with them all so can
you recommend a different craft for me to try please?

Velvet pictures.

I bought some velvet pictures from Amazon for the children over the summer holidays which they used felt tip pens for.
They looked very striking when they were finished.

I haven’t seen one of these for years, but looked them up and they do look far better now than in the early days when the results looked “clunky”. Someone bought me one for a gift years ago, but it didn’t have numbers; just the outline of a picture on a canvas board and you used your own techniques with the paint provided. It was a very soothing thing to do and I was pleased with the result. I paint in watercolour these days as I haven’t the space to set up oils and acrylics, but I would try one if these for a change.

I’ve been doing it for about 18 years now! Love it! I buy from Amazon, Temu, AliExpress, all really cheap ( less than £10 each!)
Amazon arrives next day, so you can start pronto, the others take 2/3 weeks.
I paid £25 to £35 easily when I started, but the quality is identical, it’s a great hobby.
