I’m still on Windows 7. Every now and then a message pops up to tell me it’s unsupported - usually in the middle of an email I’m typing to my annoyance.

I read it as a joke too - I sometimes wonder if eventually we will get back to Windows 95 or if Windows will be defunct by then.

Windows 95 was revolutionary, however I miss the fun of msdos

Also read this as a joke and had a good giggle. Although I would say I was much happier with 95 - than with the present 11 system. I know the modern one is 'better', but I still struggle, sometimes, with things that I used happily with 95!!!!

My nephew only recently managed to wean me from windows 7 to windows 10! He is always one to try the latest thing.

I loath change for the sheer sake of it.

I’m not sure what it is you think you are being unreasonable about, unless it’s the fact that you’re still using a 30-year old operating system that was famous for being full of bugs.
