When I used to go to bingo with my daughter, we had an agreement that we`d share winnings, trouble is, the only one ever to have a decent win (£470) was me! She once won £3, so I got £1.50!

I went to bingo years ago with a friend (I was forced I hate bingo) and won £400 I gave her half. I think you should make the rules clear before you start. I buy lottery scratch cards for around the Christmas table with the crackers and I state before we do them that anything over a thousand pounds has to be shared with me. Won nothing yet I'm sorry to say

Petsllus £200 not much but is. Ice extra amount to win! I think was a de worse I that it happened before and we had actually bought their tickets is only a quick bit of fun not bingo as some people play it I guess

I'd be happy form them. I wouldn't expect them to buy drinks all round. £200 would probably go to my DD and her family if I had won.

There were just 4 of us supposed close friends guess we would have bought an extra round. Without thinking about it but some of is are takers some are givers we all different. Thanks for opinions!

No, I wouldn't expect a drink just because they had a small win. If we were out with friends we would be buying alternate rounds anyway.

Suppose it depends how many people were there for drinks and what they were drinking!

I think I would have expected the gesture of a drink because it is what I would have done if I had won. Mind you it would not have been at bingo!!

Perhaps they gave it to charity.

I wouldn't expect to be bought drinks but would accept graciously if they were offered.

Reminds me of my MiL. I went to see her one day (a 2hr journey) and she opened the post to find 2 x £100 from Ernie. We went for lunch and she let me pay. I too felt a bit 'short changed'.

DH would have said, 'Drinks are on you then. I'll help you carry them!!'

Yes I would expect them to stand a round of drinks to celebrate, unless of course if they were in some financial difficulty.
