Just been out and bought (literally) gallons of water for ourselves and neighbours. Will be invoicing British Gas.

And offered two very embarrassed workmen their (first) cup of tea hmm

Came back from holiday a few weeks ago to find a leak in front garden. As I have a contract with British Gas called them out. To cut a long story short, today they eventually sent Dynarod to fix it.

Ha!

They didn't inform us when they turned the water off or we'd have filled a few pans and the kettle. But they only said 30 minutes so not too bad. Now almost 3 hours later and no water and EVEN WORSE half the houses in the road have no water either it appears as neighbour after neighbour are starting to complain.
