Staines on Thames

I'm in Bracknell which isn't too far away. i drive but I'm a bit limited in whether my husband is well enough to leave.

I could get to Staines by train and would like to meet up but it depends on when as I have a few commitments.

Hello ladies. Have you any dates in mind to meet? Perhaps towards the end of the month?

At the moment Wednesdays and Fridays are out for me.

How about Thursday 14th June or Tuesday 19th June or would the next week be better?

I can never make Mondays or Tuesdays so Thursday would be a good day for me generally but unfortunately I can't make the 14th or the 21st.However, I could make 28th if that is any good but if the 14 th is good for you, please go ahead and I will endeavour to join you next time.

I can't do Tuesday 19th. Could do 28th though.

So thats settled then 38th June it is! Shall we meet in Cafe Nero on the high Street?

I don't know Staines.
Is the High Street near the train station ?

T must liaise with DD, she lived in Staines when she was at university and will know where I can park.

I lived for years within a few miles of Staines - and later DD and her father both worked in Staines - and I just cannot get used to the ‘on Thames’ addition.!
Have a lovely time together.

I live about 4 miles away and hopefully can make 28th. Son visiting from abroad at that time so all a bit unknown.
Parking is plentiful, all town centre car parks in easy reach of High St which is pedestrianised.
Greenfinch the station is about 10 minutes from the High St, you can walk through pedestrian tunnel, then through car park and into High St. Nero’s is about half way down.
