Well, I should read things more carefully! I'm here at Barton Grange, been here since 10 to 12, wandering about, trying to save a table outside and randomly asking people if they were Gransnetters! Just thought to check on my phone and voila! I just hope next week isn't what I changed my longstanding appointment to! What a disappointment! Have to go

I tell you what! It was easier to check in the restaurant- I did that as well, in case I'd got it wrong. I've only myself to blame but I am kicking myself! What a stupid stupid thing to do! I wasted a lot of this lovely lovely day, rushing about, getting stuff done, dog walked, tidied up etc, got ready carefully, made up, hair done and - poof! What a let down!

Oh dear. Feel so sorry for you, but hope you can make it on the 18th. Last year I turned up for a party a week early IN WALES!! Not entirely my fault though. Had also got a friend to change the date of his annual birthday BBQ so I could attend both events. See you next week.

Good idea! There's some seats in front of a wall outside the doors of the restaurant/cafeteria where we could meet first (I know every inch of the place!). It's such a huge place with outside seating on two levels as well as various nooks and crannies, it's seriously difficult to find anyone!
