Well since there's not much I can't do now that I couldn't do when younger, but I'm definitely wiser, it doesn't really affect me.

Mixing with younger people always helps.

Dancing and laughing makes me feel young!!!

catching the bus to visit my grandchildren.i usually take the car but have just received my bus pass.it reminds me of my youth,hopping on and of busses

Doing silly walks with my grandchildren- one day I may grow -up!

All I have to do is dance - I hear the music and then I'm away and forget about everything.

All my grandchildren help keep me young whenever I see them. There are seven of them ranging from 2 days old to 17 years old and it is a joy to see them all, although not always all at once because three live near Blackpool and the rest scattered round the West Midlands, not far from where we live.

Holidaying at Disney with my daughter and doing all the rides with her .

Going to the hairdresser and wearing make up. Since I’ve retired I don’t bother so much so it’s a lovely treat to do both. Makes me feel fresh and younger.

Doing something different in the house - changing a color scheme or curtains and cushions to make the house fresh and new looking.

Being with all my grandchildren

I find that going for a long swim really invigorates me and makes me feel young again!

My adorable twin 9 week old baby grandsons, after suffering two miscarriages and the death of her Nan my Daughter has produced two beautiful boys and seeing her so happy is my joy.

I AM young! You are as old as you feel!
