singing my head off to my favourite songs when I'm in the kitchen. I don't care what I sound like,or care about who may hear me either!

Listening to the Beatles and the Stones and joining in, very loudly ... and dancing around the kitchen ...

Going to the coast and having fish and chips and a walk along the beach! And of course an ice cream to Finnish !!

Watching the birds on my bird feeder. Also playing silly games with my GC!

My husband making me giggle with something he said. We met at school and he was the naughty boy at the back of the classroom cracking jokes.

Going to the park with my Granddaughter and playing on the slide and the swings with her.

Receiving a compliment about my complexion and being told that I don`t look my age !

Being with my grandchildren doing something that they enjoy doing. It can be as simple as picking up shells on the beach near their house in Holland or having a dance off at my grandson's 14th birthday party and then all jumping in the swimming pool afterwards. (We were on holiday, I certainly don't have a swimming pool!)

Learning something new. (I don’t think I learnt very much when I was young).

Doing homework with my grandchildren.

Ballet dancing at 'Silver Swans' class makes me feel young.

Playing with my grandson at the beach and burying him in the sand, just as my late brother did to me when we were little.

Going out with my granddaughter of 14 and her chatting like an old friend with her arm in mine.

What makes you feel young again
I suppose I've never really felt 'old' so the question is irrelevant to me.

Being with friends from my younger days. I feel we are still young when we get together.

Yoga and socialising

Marshmallows on the barbecue, jumping on a trampoline, swimming in the sea after dark, punk rock music from the 70's. Red soft top cars, staying up late with friends, brightly coloured clothes. Not acting my age.

Laughing till you weep with friends and family

For me it's music of the sixties and early seventies. Lots of lovely memories.

I went to the free Rolling Stones concert in Hyde Park it was amazing. Saw Jimi Hendrix at the Isle of Wight Festival.

simple really, after having my hair done, someone telling me I look nice makes me feel young again

not creaking and groaning when i stand up would be nice

Having recently moved we have been renovating the house and garden, using energy gives me more energy and makes me feel younger!
