sad/traumatic christmas

But through all the sadness Christmas is always the birth of hope. The new born child ,the star, the seeking of something more to our little lives.

In spite of DH's illness which means he's not really interested in food and can't stand noise and excitement we had a good Christmas Day. It went down hill after that with DS blowing up his gear box and us losing an electric circuit in the kitchen (took 3 days but it seems to be sorted now) The people killed in Glasgow and the missing plane soon put it all in perspective!
