Ingredients

Goats Cheese
1 red Onion
3 tbsp oil/butter
Salt and pepper
Pinch of sugar
Roasted Lamb slices
Granary bread

Method

1. To caramelise the onion, use 1 medium onion, 3 tbsp cooking oil or butter, a pinch of salt, a pinch of black pepper and a pinch of sugar - slice onion, place ingredients on low heat in frying pan until they caramelise
2. While the onion is cooking slice some roasted lamb - preferably warm.
3. Place on top of a granary slice, top with goats cheese and top with red onion mix
