Rocket
Onions
2 fresh avocados
Small tomatoes
Olive oil
Chillies
Salt and pepper to season
1 fresh mango

Handy Hint

Always try to use fresh mangos as they taste better the fresher they are.

Method

1. Cut some rocket into small pieces and add to salad bowl
2. Add onions, tomatoes, and mango.
3. Add fresh red chillis and toss and ready to serve!

this is a quick and scrumptious salad which takes very few minutes to prepare, and looks great on the plate with its mix of colours.
