Resisted watching for ages but finally gave in. And everyone is right!
So brilliantly structured as we embark on the day shift of the trauma unit.
Unlike hospital dramas were used to we don’t follow the journey of the injured, it’s about the staff.
I’m so obsessed I’ve been sneaking an hour to watch whenever I can. One more episode of season 1 to go and it’s been less than a week!
Anyone watched?

I binged both series during the first heatwaves. Got me absolutely hooked.
Very realistic and up to date. Some of the special effects are astounding eg the birth scene.
Looking forward to series 3.

Which channel are you watching this on?

Visgir1 Tue 18-Aug-26 11:28:30

Yes... Love it!
I saw the second series as it was released weekly, it was torture waiting each week for it to drop.

I have worked occasional in a NHS, A&E for critical patients and it really is that frantic but they know exactly what to do.

It's brilliant. I would have worked for that man until I dropped!

I have not heard of this programme.
As you all give excellent reviews I'd like to give it a go.
What channel is The Pitt on please?

Visgir1 Tue 18-Aug-26 12:23:30

It's HBO via Amazon you have to pay extra for it but worth it

Is this a drama, or documentary?

I’m looking for a new gripping drama please?

Aveline Tue 18-Aug-26 13:59:14

It's a drama.

I’m watching it on the Now app. HBO is included at no cost.
