Annoying celebs

Shouty Davina McCall - I have to switch channels. Almost as annoying as shouty Alison Hammond!

Vogue Williams (not a very well known one, admittedly) but she hams up her Irish accent to a really annoying level (I'm from the same area and never heard anyone speak like she does).

There are lots I don't like.

Lorraine Kelly.
The woman who hosts 'Only Connect'.

A J Odudu TV Presenter. If she had a volume control on her voice I would turn it off.

Victoria Coren Mitchell hosts 'Only Connect'. I actually quite like her in an annoying sort of way.

It seems that, so far, only women seem to have joined the annoying list.

To even up the score, I find Piers Morgan, Jeremy Vine, Jim Davidson and Alan Carr annoying.

I went off Susan Calman when she visited a local area but obviously had no idea where it really was.

All these travel programmes would be better if there was just a spoken commentary instead of in your face presenters. They see it as all about them instead of the places they are visiting.

I do tand to find women more annoying, celebrity-wise, i suppose.
I cantstand screeching and squealing, and over excitement.
Quite unneccesary.

Alex Jones, I can't watch The One Show. Also Cheryl Cole, I've never heard a Geordie accent like hers.

Stacey Solomon, when she does the over exaggerated essex(?) accent.

I agree it does seem to be mainly women. Still, I really can’t stand Joanna Lumley, so smug and talks in that breathy plummy way. So many think she is amazing but not me I’m afraid.
But back to men. Never liked Ant and Dec, hyperactive and highly irritating presenters who got away with it when younger but are surely getting too old now to act like cheeky little chappies anymore. And Piers Morgan who is a pompous ass.

Holly Willoughby but she seems to have vanished.

And I agree, a lot of this dislike is due to the squealing and fake laughter

Alex Jones yes, her awful screechy voice, surprised she got a tv presenting role.

A male I cannot abide is Paddy McGuiness.

Females it’s Lorraine Kelly and Alison Hammond.

I saw Bob Monkhouse telling how he had watched Joanna Lumley, and said to his wife "Isn't she great? I really like her"

Later on, he said he'd like a boiled egg for breakfast. ..

There was a stone cold silence, then his wife said "Well why don't you ask Joanna Lumley to do it then?"

Too many to mention.

It is time to go back to the drawing board and give new talent a chance instead of churning out the same tedious people.

Alison Hammond and Susan Calman both have me reaching for the remote.

I don't like Alison Hammond either.

I’m with others above who mentioned Joanna Lumley’s voice and Elaine Paige’s laugh, though I do like Alison Hammond as a Bake Off presenter.

I watched her in For The Love of Dogs the other evening and was surprised- she was good!
After Paul O'Grady presented it, I decided no one could follow him. Well, no one could but she was better than I thought.
