Does anyone remember this series from the late '80s starring Keith Barron, Annette Crosbie and Maggie O'Neill? The premise a rather desperate affair between a married taxi driver and unhappily married younger woman. It was quite a hit in its day, I remember being quite rivited by it at the time. Somewhat dated now, cringe worthy sexist banter, clunky noisy cars and really dated computers. No mobile phones, although those brick like affairs may just have been launched. It's still worth a watch, just to remember those times. Available on BBC IPlayer.

What about Howard's Way for clunky,?that made my Sunday evenings way back in the time of shoulder pads.
