My Life on a Plate

I've had a couple of wakeful nights of late so find IPlayer useful. In the last couple of days have called up a few episodes of this sweet afternoon programme and found them very comforting...all Yorkshire homespun cookery and fond remembrances of minor celebrities' childhoods.
