Sorry for the short notice (have been without power all day), but this brilliant documentary "Songs of Innocence and Experience" from 1984 is being repeated tonight on BBC 4 at 9pm. Don't miss it!

My husband used to play and sing Everly Brothers songs in pubs and clubs in Northumberland. This was before he was old enough to drink in them.

I recorded it before we went away just in case I forgot. BBC4 has some brilliant music stuff on. We have a recording of the Beach Boys from ages ago that we watch quite often - sad, or what? Unfortunately we lost a brilliant recording of a programme called Soul Train when we got a new sky box sad
