It has been reported that there were over 1500 "near misses" when people have walked over railway lines. There are videos of parents slowly walking with children, people lying down with photos taken etc. My dad was a train driver and had a man walk in front of the drain he was driving ( the man did not survive). I also knew of similar incidents affecting other train drivers. Nobody seems to consider the impact on the mental and physical health of the train staff . Do you think people should be prosecuted to a high degree ?
