Looking for a ruby pendant, gold chain.

Not an expensive one but not too cheap . A Goldilocks sort of thing.
I think £50 to £80 range.....Preferably simple, raindrop, teardrop shape perhaps? Not much frill and fuss, just elegant.
Not a clue where to begin because it will have to be online, looked at Ebay and Amazon, lots of fussy tat but few simple pieces. Also John Lewis, H Samuels etc etc all usual online ones that pop up first.....Nothing really strikes me as "the one"
I am rather limiting myself as well by not wanting Lab made ruby or anything but 9ct gold ( not silver gold)
Yes I know, spend more and more selection........
So wondered if anyone had any hints tips or reccomendations...

Have you searched for independent jewellers online. I have brought a few items this way.
Recommend Jeremy heber. Very simplistic style.
Or could you buy a pendant and get a chain to suit separately
