Meanwhile today, in another court across the Channel in Paris, Marine Le Pen was given aclear path for her to run in the 2027 French presidential election. It's up to her to decide, and she will broadcast her decision at 7 pm BST.
Otherwise it will be Jordan Bardella who will lead the campaign in 2027.
