I’m grateful to had had my vaccinations.

I'm happy for people who invest in useful projects like research into mRNA vaccines and their side effects to make some money out of their investments.

It is entrepreneurial investment by people who can afford it that helps medical (and other) research move on. Right now I actually love that people donate to and invest in brain tumour research.

So the government has invested in a company that came up with a great vaccine for COVID and which could do the same for all sorts of illnesses in the future. Sunak left Theleme in 2013 but may still benefit from shares in the company. That's six years before anyone had ever heard of COVID.

I'm getting a bit jumpy about always having to defend Sunak against unfair criticism.

He should sell his shares right now.

Agreement here too! Grateful we got a great vaccine -without it we’d have been, not to put too fine a point on it, stuffed.

And not forgetting that there were/are/will still be plenty of opportunities for fair criticism.
