Yes! Yes, yes, yes!!!

That's how governor Cuomo of New York described the latest stimulus package- Why? Because he and other governors now feel the frostbite type sting of being frozen out, nose pressed against cold window, outside looking in at those who, once again, will receive warmth in the form of financial support-

Governors are livid- As they should be-

I cannot provide it!!! It was simply his pissed-off turn of a phrase that tickled me to pieces .. ?

That and the fact that it was his response to the latest stimulus package that state aid got axed out of-
