Citizen's Assembly

Our 'household' received an application form for the Citizen's Assembly on Climate Change.

Has anyone else? What are your thoughts on them? I know they have been used in other countries but what about in the UK?

Oh wow! You've actually had one?!

I think they might be a bit of a con just to shut XR up. The Assemblies can make suggestions but the government is not bound to take them on board. That is not what XR have been asking for.
