Hypocrite - how, when?

I like her (irrelevant though my opinion is!)

so do I- and no surprising she gets 'in a state' at times, as we find ourselves if a dire and impossible, dangerous, situation. Anger and passion is very apt imho.

just listened to Ann Widecombe's speech - wow, that squeaky, utterly hysterical voice, shouting agitatingly, and comparing us in the EU to slaves (I mean, how insulting, insensitive and cruel can that be to those from slave stocks ) ... Jo Swindon sound very very calm and composed, I'd say.

Even Farage looked very embarrassed !

Swinson not Swindon. She is only one of two candidates. And yes, not good to say someone is a hypocrite and not explain why when it’s queried.

Whoever they choose as leader they'd better be excellent! They're sure to win many more seats in a general election.

I've liked Jo Swinson and Ed Davey when I've heard them interviewed recently.

Me too Iam. I would find it hard to choose between them. The one thing I notice about the Lib Dems is that, with such a clear message on the EU, they can talk about the state of the nation.

The result of the LibDem leadership election is due to be announced this afternoon.

The signs are that it will be a close result but all the party members I've spoken to will be happy to support the new leader- whoever he or she is.

Either of them gets my vote. Both of them are way better than the Labour and Conservative leadership.

she is a total waste of space,voted for cuts to disability benefits ,for the bedroom tax in fact every awful tory policy in the past few years Swinson has said yes please .East Dunbartonshire friends of mine say she's never there ..only when theres a camera present and to top it all she WANTED a statue of Maggie Thatcher erected in Scotland.......the most hated woman in the history of Scotland apart from Elizabeth of England who chopped off Mary Stewarts head ..that says it all .

I think she might not be there long if the threatened 'alliance' of disgruntled mps comes to fruition.

Oh honestly paddyann!!! Elizabeth 1st, Mary Stuart,!!!!!, Perhaps if M.S hadn't upset her Scottish subjects to the point where they forced her abdication in favour of her year old son, she wouldn't have run to England to continue her plotting to overthrow the Queen and thus kept her head and her life!!
