If a drug dealer had caused this death, he/she would be charged. Why is it legal for a manufacturer to produce guns specifically designed for children? Sickening.

Why would anyone give a child that young a rifle and why would any parent let him keep it?

When I read the headline, I just knew it would be in America. Another gun tragedy that should never have happened.
