Gagging Orders GPs

Police state? If I were in the UK I would ask my GP for the names of the service providers he recommended, then I would look them up at Companies House and see if he/she had any financial interest in them.

Possibly, but I can't see how your doctor could refuse to tell you where he was sending you.

I think the gagging relates to disclosures to the media, not to patients Greatnan. I don't think it is that new either. I personally know a dentist who was told last year to stop speaking out on the scandal of newly qualified dentists being denied training places to work in the NHS.
Last week the GMC issued new rules forbidding doctors to post anonymously on social media, equally worrying.
I hope it won't deter Dr Rant from posting on Facebook
