Hi I have a good fixed rate that expires in March 2019, I am worried about this but not sure what to do about it - is anyone else in the same situation? What are you looking to do?

I have the same situation with mortgage ratesand found an article about it, it says "The UK is not (and will not) be considered a riskier country, so British borrowers will be able to get a mortgage abroad — most probably on the same conditions as before. Some taxes may change though. For example, EU nationals pay 19% tax on buy-to-let rental income in Spain but non-EU nationals 24%. Mainly, if the pound drops for a sustainable term, overseas property will be more expensive for British wallets.” (Tranio)

That's two years ahead..the way things chop and change it won't be worth checking out until Feb 19!
