I must say I agree with the police on this one.
This site is opposite Yates which is peaceful in the day but turns in to a night club at night.
A few months ago I passed here in my car at about 11pm and noticed 2 young ladies staggering about and one of them nearly fell in to the road in front of me.
As it happened I would have stopped in time if she had as I could see this happening a few yards back.
Another fortunate thing was a young man ran forward and managed to grab her and pulled her away from the road.
I don't think any complaint could be made against the man as he did it in full view of the police and it was obvious he was trying to prevent an accident.
