Hi, the cupboard that houses the extractor fan has bubbled if that makes sense. The kitchen is under three years old and we have told the company who fitted it but they don’t want to know. It sits above the induction hob and it seems I have allowed it to get wet from the steam. I admit I haven’t used it each time for example if frying something but always when doing things like boiling potatoes. They have offered to get us another one at cost price but my dh is not happy with that and says quite rightly this shouldn’t have happened. It’s been suggested we get a metal strip to run along the edge to stop any further damage but I don’t know where to start. Any suggestions would be most welcome .
