I live in sheltered accommodation, which is a self contained flat and is independent living. When I.moved in I was told I can come and go as I pleased as long as no one else stayed there. I have a casual job homesitting and I can be away from home 1 or 2 weeks at a time. Another resident has told me that I can be evicted if I'm away for too long. She said it happened to a previous tenant. I have been pretty busy and have had work every month since April. If you can call it work sitting in some very nice houses. Has anyone heard of this rule?
