Since my gall bladder removal a team ago I have had in going digestive issues. My GP has suggested pro-biotics.

Can anyone suggest some probiotic tablets that are easy to take. I can't manage the huge torpedo shaped ones.

Thank you.

Would it be easier (but not cheaper!) to use the Actimel type probiotic yoghurt drinks?
I get confused between pre and pro-biotics, but think Actimel is pro.

I see there is another thread on probiotics too. Hope you get useful information.

I drink Kefir every day and it seems to help. It is a pro biotic and seems to help me. I buy Biotiful plain, other brands are available.

Sorry, didn't think to look.

I don't like yogurt and milk type drinks. I'd really like small tablets if anyone can recommend some.

Have you tried looking at what is available in Boots or Holland and Barrett to see what is available. They both offer probiotics in a range of forms.
