Cysts

Does anyone have any ideas on removal of cysts? In particular a large cyst on the chest which has been there for a few years. I have heard that they can sometimes respond to heat. Has anyone done this?

I had a huge one removed from my arm. It was no problem but the following day I felt I needed to rest.

Thank you for responding. I am wondering if warm compresses make any difference? I read somewhere that this might work.
