HPV positive

Hi I'm 64 I've had HPV positive no abnormal cells for two years and I need to go again , has anyone got any tips how to solve this, and what symptoms they have

Normally no symptoms, if you smoke then stopping can help. Hopefully your body will have cleared it next time, if it’s still there then you will automatically be referred for a colposcopy with gynaecologist even if no cell changes just for them to double check . Try not to worry , it’s extremely common
