hospital caring staff

We have a fantastic hospital too I ve never been seen by a doctor nurse carer or cleaner without a smile and kindly help
They all seem to get on so well In the reception area we have a big board of information and a country flag from the 52 countries in the world that the staff all come from
My friend has been in three times this year and has only praise every time she said how wonderful they all were

Sadly most hospitals are like the philosophers egg, some parts very good and other parts bad. That’s how it is at my local hospital anyway.

I arrived with my DD to have a pacemaker fitted. We were on time. When we we arrived we were directed to the place we had to go. It turned out it was right across the other side of the hospital down long corridors. We set off and it was slow .... I walk with a stick and was in atrial fibrillation so very out of breath.
We arrived breathless and were greeted by a very grumpy nurse nurse who said in a accusatory tone ... "Oh we thought you weren't coming." Her grumpiness continued .... not what I needed when facing a nerve-wracking bit of surgery. My DD was really cross.

Everyone at our local hospital and GP surgery are kind, caring and helpful. Sadly that is not everyone's experience in other hospitals and GP practices across the country.

I can only speak highly of our local hospitals who are always efficient and friendly.
