I'm becoming a mouth-breather.

I find Vicks vapospray (just salt water) useful - with this wretched hay fever. Do make a GP appointment, though, to borrow a monitor and check for apnoea (potentially serious).

Try an inhalationof menthol crystals.

I Second menthol crystals in bowl with towel over head and bowl.
Olibis (sp) oil in hot water as above or in shower.
Vick or Karvol on pillow and hankie is also helpful.

I have also heard that vick on soles of feet as well as chest.

Place water in bowls /saucers around to keep atmosphere damp.
Anything methanol to suck.

Vicks ,Karvol and Oilbas are good ,but the very best thing that I've tried is a Neti pot to wash out your sinuses .
Unpleasant , but it works .

I bought mine in Boots .
My daughter has one .She has abnormally small sinuses like my
Grandma .
You need to boil the water for a full ten minutes and allow it to cool down completely before using it .
I sterilise my pot in Milton .

Creon 10000 Capsules pancreatin 150 mg. I have just been prescribed this medication.
I was wondering if anyone else has been prescribed it.
My GP said I was to take one or two three times a day with meals but looking online I read that you should take them with a snack too.
I was thinking of having a packet of crisps this evening. We'll it's Friday night but not sure if I should take a capsule with it too.

Possibly hard if you can't really breathe through your nose, could try to inhale steam ... not like me though ... put face too near the hot water ... OUCH ... burnt my nose ... hence my cousin called me Rudolph !

I'd take Sudofed.
