Turmeric

My Dh has heavy stiff legs. Would turmeric help this?

Personally, it did nothing for my pain but others say they have benefitted from it. Worth a try though!

If you do a search on gransnet there are several quite detailed threads regarding the efficacy and the pros & cons of taking turmeric.

You have to be careful if you are taking other medications as turmeric can interact with them.
