I am run a Pilates studio in the Midlands and have had a number of students come through my door with bone health issues (osteoporosis and osteopænia) and have found the NHS pretty unhelpful and difficult to get an GP appointment. It seems that bone health is not being picked up early enough and the GPs are just sticking people onto harsh drugs rather than looking at early diagnosis and diet/exercise/supplements route.
