Hair

Plantar i think thats how it`s spelt Santababy.
My friends mom swears by it.

No but open, as usual, to suggestions. I think I've tried everything known to man, none of it has made any difference.

I used Seryoxyl, which I bought at the hairdresser's. It didn't have much effect, if any. But since I've stopped going to the hairdresser's (I haven't been for more than a year), my hair appears thicker and I'm assuming that it's because I no longer blow dry it every day. I think it just needed time to recover.

I have stopped getting my hair pounded with hot water in the shower every morning and cut back to using shampoo just twice a week. My hair is getting thicker on top and the thinning bald patch is disappearing . I now have a very stunning shower hat I wear !
Maybe aging hair needs to be treated more gently ?
