I’ve recently had the joy of developing a prolapse. No doctors examination at present due to COVID.
Referred to doctor via letter from GP. Went for appointment. No discussion about my condition and possible treatment. Thought I was just having an internal examination but a pessary was fitted and I was sent on my way.
It fell out after 15 mins! I’ve since talked to my Female GP and asked for advice which was to go back to the gynaecologist and further discuss options. Also found a book “Holding the ball” by a lady who suggests ways she copes without invasive devices or surgery. Would welcome any advice or thoughts from anyone who has experienced this and found a solution that works.
