I don’t know if people are able to share their experiences of macular oedema and success, or otherwise, with Eylea. I had sudden vision distortion in one eye (very short sighted -12 diopter) just before Christmas, saw a consultant mid-Jan and was prescribed Eylea injections. I have just had my third loading dose, but am very very nervous of the whole injection procedure. I know I need to get used to it, but it worries me for days beforehand. The difference after one injection was impressive, but no real change after that. I am seeing the consultant next time, but would be interested to learn of others’ experiences. Thank you.
