Yes: I read about it the other day. I did expect the computer to come up with an answer of 42 though. Unfortunately, having read about it on Facebook I then couldn’t find it again to read it properly so thanks for the link. We’ve been taking VitD3 for months so it’s always good to read another report that backs it up.

Yes,hopefully it helps. Dr Chris Steele emphasized how important it was a few months ago and have been taking it ever since.

This is not new. Dr John Campbell on YouTube has been saying this for ages. I emailed the government about it twice (no response). They should have been recommending this all along, especially important for dark skinned people.

There are a lot of other interesting things in it, though. I shall re read it when I have time.
