Spinal Fusion Recovery time

Hi...could any of you lovely ladies That has had lumbar spinal fusion Tell me how long it takes to fully recover...I am now 7 months post op but still have allot of back ache especially when I’ve been busy..the initial sciatic pain went away straight after my op but I Still get quite tired possibly through lack of sleep...thank you..
