All things considered I'm as tough as old boots really. I've always eaten well with the best of everything since I don't spend on anything else.
Everything your body needs is in the food you eat. There should be no need for vitamin supplements. Less or no alcohol as it does nothing for your immune system and is counterproductive if you're trying to improve your health.
