"sickness bug?"

Ate the same as H yesterday,he's fine..
I woke at 2a.m feeling poorly,achey etc then vomited on and off for three hours..now hurting everywhere from " heaving".. haven'tgot the energy to get dressed or showered....SO not like me.... anyone had similar?

a few times over the years. Sometimes it's only lasted 24 hours. Keep yourself rehydrated. You don't neccessarily get it from eating food, could be by contact with something contaminated with whichever bug, eg, money, door handles, skin contact etc etc

Thanks fizzers...even living in southern& Northern Africa..NEVER experienced anything like it...it's Monday afternoon now and still not properly well...just had toast..am drinking lots...can't afford more weight loss...BUT you've had it and lived to tell the tale..that's good!!!?
