feelings of dread

I often wake up in a not sweat and a bit disorientated until I come to and realise where I am , quite safe in my own room.

Almost every night. Heart racing, sweating and panic stricken.

Yes, most mornings, glad not just me!

I know the feeling helshea, but it's usually happened when I've been really worried about something. It's as if I wake up having a panic attack.

Probably anxieties but not consciousiof it.
