Chocolate is addictive. I could put myself forward for a trial to prove this.

I have low blood pressure and often crave salt, sometimes wonder if it's linked.

I just eat a bit of salt on its own sometimes, as I have low blood pressure too. That cuts out the crisps bit sometimes.

Hmm...perhaps they should provide salt mineral blocks for humans on the NHS?

Yes I was thinking of crisps. Some, good quality hand fried crisps.

I used to snack on crisps quite often but since doing the 5/2 diet I find I snack a lot less than I did. I miss a good pack of crisps.
