Kneeling chair

I have chronic back and hip pain. Any advice on kneeling chairs would be appreciated. I'd be interested to know which type people use and how useful they are. I should mention perhaps that I am under 5' tall. Thanks

Elrel I inherited one from my son several years ago and tried to use it at my computer desk as I suffer with spinal problems and have Arthritic hips and knees, but I really couldn't get on with it , it made my knees ache something terrible. The chair was a normal kneeling chair I don't remember the make..
