I was cleaning the bathroom earlier when my tongue suddenly went numb at the tip, it only lasted for a short while and then started to tingle as if I'd had an anaesthetic. It was quite discombobulating, but then I realised that several times over the past few weeks I've had similar numbness and tingling in one or two of my fingers.
I've just had a quick google and the obvious answer was vitamin B12 deficiency, but I take B vitamins every day and have a good diet so I don't think that's it. Any ideas?
