Too dark to see outside but I think we are promised another pleasant day. Isn't it good to see some sun after all the gloom and rain?

Chores today and taxi-ing DGD again. We have become her Uber but she is always so appreciative we really don't mind.

It is still dark in North Leicestershire but seems quiet and not too cold.

We went out for lunch yesterday with DD2 and then had some time with her girls and are, therefore, jiggered!! I must stir my stumps as I have to do my big shop and we are expecting a plumber to change some washers and to stop our loo randomly flushing!

I spent all yesterday staring at family history records and thoroughly enjoyed myself but ai think I need to move about a bit today. Perhaps I’ll go push a trolley around the supermarket. Or maybe investigate the garden centre. Decisions, decisions...

A frosty morning here in Glasgow.
Up early too, as off to meet Baggs, Jangran and Old Goat at Waverley station. So looking forward to the meet up, especially now the landslide train problem has been resolved.

My BIL got home from hospital yesterday, (probably too soon), so DH is planning a day of indulgence, as no hospital visits and I won't be back until late from Edinburgh. . I think he is more excited than I am

Just back from gym, as had to drop Partner to train station so thought I may as well go early and get it out of the way.

Was popping over to Mums today, but she has rung to say she has this dreaded lurgy.

So, today is some housework, and making a curry for dinner tonight, going to try the Tom Kerridge low fat Chicken Tikka that he made in the week.
