My daughter is trying to sort out her brother’s garden. He has a Claire Austin climbing rose, originally trained properly but for the last year has been allowed to grow straight upwards, it is flowering and healthy at roof height but bald further down. How should she sort it out? New tenants move in at the end of the month so never!
